TECH CORPS Ohio, CSTA Ohio and Elected Officials Recognize National Computer Science Education Week in Ohio

On December 8, TECH CORPS Ohio and the Ohio Chapter of the Computer Science Teachers Association (CSTA) brought together state and local leaders to commemorate the inaugural year of Computer Science Education Week (csedweek.org).

The U.S. House of Representatives recently designated December 6 – 12, as National Computer Science Education Week, to raise awareness of the critical role of computing for our global information society and the need to expose K-12 students to a rigorous computer science education.
