Channel Manager Opening

Our client is a fast growing Columbus-based data backup software and appliance manufacturer. They're seeking a Channel Manager to implement its channel sales program, supervise sales team performance, train and mentor salespeople, and cultivate relationships with top accounts. The successful candidate will provide sales forecasts and staff budgets, actively leverage the CRM to set and manage to metrics, and work with the marketing organization to provide needed materials to channel partners. Must have at least 5 years of experience in managing a team of account executives in the B2B space. Successful candidates must possess and demonstrate the passion, confidence and a strong desire to grow!

Channel Sales Management Skills/Experience

- Setting and achieving quota
- Managing sales pipeline
- Team development and leadership skills
- Adhere to CRM, business systems, and sales pipeline management standards.
- Develop and track KPIs specific to channel sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with channel sales and marketing
- Experience with conducting training webinars, seminars and conferences
College degree is required – preference in information technology sales
