Presented by Mark Pollitt, former FBI Chief and Visiting Professor, University of Central Florida
A Special Agent of the FBI for more than 20 years, Mr. Pollitt brings a unique perspective to present security challenges. In addition to conducting criminal and national security investigations for more than13 years, he supervised online investigations, was the Chief of the FBI’s computer forensic unit and was the Director of the Regional Computer Forensic Laboratory Program.
Session 1. New PCI Updates Reviewed: What do they mean to your organization?
Qwest, Cisco and SecureState will talk to PCI Updates being released this month
Session will review changes such as:
- New guidelines being released this month
- Network segmentation requirements – proof for auditing requirements
- Third-party outsourcing – contract provision requirements
- Data sampling definitions
- Data Encryption updates
- New Anti-virus requirements
- IDS definitions
Get the experts point of view on these newly released mandates.
Session 2: Mobility Redefined: Security in a Converged World
Employees today are widely distributed, with telecommuters doing their work from home, coffee shops, hotels, airports--from anywhere. The old rules about securing your proprietary network no longer apply in the perimeter-less world. This workshop will provide techniques for protecting networks accessed by mobile employees.
Session 3: A Strategic Approach to Network Defense
Identify and protect your valuable assets. How have the threats to your enterprise changed and how can you direct the right resources to address new threats? This workshop will show you how your company can establish its own asset and resource priorities--and implement a targeted defense strategy.
The sessions will be immediately followed by a Roundtable Lunch Discussion
