BioOhio Webinar: Therapeutic Tax Credit Overview

The Therapeutic Discovery Project Tax Credit program was created by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. This new, temporary program will be a valuable tool to companies that develop cutting edge drugs, diagnostics, biologics, and medical devices. The program is targeted for small to mid-sized biomedical companies with 250 or fewer employees. BioOhio wants to maximize participation and success from Ohio's emerging biomedical companies.

The Treasury Department will issue guidelines implementing the program on or before May 22, 2010.

 

Until then, this webinar will feature tax/finance experts from BioOhio member firms Skoda Minotti and Brixey & Meyer, who will outline both technical aspects of the program and practical preparation steps.
