CallCopy Receives ShoreTel Partner Proven Certification, Adds New Business Partners

CallCopy recognized for dedication to the ShoreTel partner community, exceptional interoperability with ShoreTel Platform

COLUMBUS, Ohio – January 26, 2010 – CallCopy, a leading provider of call recording and contact center solutions, today announced that it has achieved ShoreTel Partner Proven status from ShoreTel, a leading provider of IP unified communications solutions. ShoreTel's Partner Proven status is a higher level of the ShoreTel Technology Partner Program, reserved for partners who have excelled in working with ShoreTel’s reseller partner community. CallCopy was originally accepted into the Technology Partner Program in 2008 as a Certified member.
In order to receive ShoreTel Partner Proven status, members must have demonstrated and documented interoperability between the company’s solution and ShoreTel technology and demonstrated successes with ShoreTel's channel partner community. CallCopy's suite of call recording, quality management, screen capture, speech analytics and performance management solutions has been certified on ShoreTel's Pure IP Unified Communications system.
