Grow Your Green Business & Green IQ

Columbus State & The Dublin Entrepreneurial Center are proud to bring you an event for green businesses and individuals thinking about starting a green business. Grow Your Green Business & Green IQ will be held on Thursday, September, 17th from 3:30 – 5:00 p.m. Please use directions below since some GPS and mapping systems are incorrect. This business centered event offers you:


  • Exposure to initiatives that can help grow your green business locally
  • New green opportunities at the Dublin Entrepreneurial Center such as office space, incubation and programming
  • New educational opportunities for growing your skills and knowledge through Columbus State
  • Opportunities to Obtain green certifications to legitimize your business
  • Forum for discussing challenges of green business owners

Sandy Blanquera and Chaz Freutel of the Dublin Entrepreneurial Center (DEC) will highlight new ways the DEC is investing in green companies. Come hear about our new space for green businesses, opportunities to improve your business operations and specialized green events.

Tracy LaMar-Nickoli and David Watts of Columbus State Community College will share emerging trends in green education and certification. You will learn about opportunities for expanding your skills and knowledge, while helping to justify your reputation with potential clients.

Participate in our forum! We want to hear from you. The challenges and issues of green business owners are different from other types of businesses. Come learn from your mentors while sharing your own ideas on how to improve the way green businesses operate, sell and succeed!
