Business Owners’ Support Group Expands to Dublin

Columbus, Ohio – August 21, 2009 The International Bootstrapping Association has announced the formation of its second chapter in Dublin. Kim Troy, Co-Founder of the IBA, notes, “Business owners’ reaction to our inaugural chapter in central Columbus has been so positive that we decided to designate a second location and alternative meeting date and time to accommodate the growing number of entrepreneurs who’ve expressed interest in joining us.”

The IBA offers its members facilitated monthly peer meetings focused on topics unique to business owners. The meetings begin with a group discussion of specific business challenges related to that month’s topic then proceed to break into smaller work groups during which time peers cite personal challenges and experiences with regard to the topic. “Our format for facilitating meaningful and actionable dialogue among business owners makes the IBA a really unique membership organization,” says Troy. “Members leave every meeting with a list of resources and business management techniques they can implement in their businesses right away.”

The new Columbus-Northwest Chapter of the IBA will meet on September 10 from 7 - 9 a.m. at the Dublin Entrepreneurial Center located at 7003 Post Road 4th floor in Dublin. The IBA offers new members complimentary admission to their first meeting. To register, visit www.bootstrappingassociation.org/join.html and select “Register to Attend as a Guest”.
