Leading: The Easy to Leave Organization
How much does your organization fit the “easy to leave” profile? It’s easy to leave a workplace:
• Where you feel no connection
• When you have no group of colleagues who can of¬fer support, information, or plain old gripe sessions
• If it is difficult to move your ideas through the pipe¬line
• If you do not have a set of relationships that enable you to get your work done
• If you don’t look forward to seeing the people with whom you interact
