TechLife Community Builder - Brian Jones




Bio:

I am the Managing Director at JonesInsight which I founded in September 2007. Prior to this, I helped companies drive their marketing, credit policy, and information technology efforts by utilizing data, process, and technology. This included work with The Limited, J.P. Morgan Chase, Cardinal Health, and Verizon Wireless. I am fortunate to have a wonderful family in Amy, my wife, and two beautiful daughters.

Our primary focus is assisting companies optimize their marketing budget to get the best results for their money and effort. We also help companies improve productivity and reduce credit risk. Our offerings include consulting and training in the areas of business intelligence (reporting, analysis, data mining, data quality, data organization) and database marketing.

I love teaching, connecting, and helping others reach their goals.

Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Poland, Ohio – a suburb of Youngstown, Ohio. Poland was the first township settled in the Western Reserve – Town One, Range One. Youngstown is home to the YSU Penguins, The Butler Art Institute, and the incredible Youngstown Business Incubator (YBI)
Are there any nonprofits that you volunteer your time to?
The Heritage Hill Foundation (www.heritagehill.org) whose mission is to tackle cancer through support, information, and recognition. I founded this with friends after my college roommate, Andrew Smith, passed away from cancer.
