Vice President Finance and Administration
The Vice President for Finance and Administration reports to the President & CEO and is responsible for leading and executing the Finance and Administration functions of TechColumbus.  Responsibilities include:
Ø       Managing the finance and administration team, including responsibility for financial reporting, audits, cash management, human resources, investment contracts, leasing and incubator operations, board and management reporting, grant reporting, and vendor management.  
Ø       Serving as a member of the TechColumbus executive team and participating in the development and implementation of initiatives to build a strong Central Ohio tech economy.   
Ø       Assisting in grant proposal development and related fundraising.
Ø       Assisting in the development and cultivation of relationships in the community that further the goal of TechColumbus to build a vibrant tech economy. 
Ø       Other duties as assigned by the President & CEO.
Skill Set, Work Experience and Education
Ø       Strong Leadership Skills; Positive, Persistent & Assertive, Outcome / Results-oriented.
Ø       High level of Professionalism, Executive polish, Composure, Confidence and Emotional Maturity to successfully manage key relationships.
Ø       Flexible & Collaborative Team Player with hands-on management style.
Ø       High Business Acumen; Strategic Thinker.
Ø       Excellent interpersonal skills with Exceptional Customer Service Orientation.
Ø       Strong organization skills with proven ability to manage significant Operations Budget / P&L.
Ø       Hard working, ethical w/ high integrity.
Ø       Business degree w/ Finance/ Marketing focus or technology/science degree or equivalent field experience knowledge; MBA or other business focused advanced degree, or significant equivalent experience.  Finance and Administration experience.  P&L management experience. CPA and/or law degree with finance experience a plus. 
Ø       Five to Ten years of experience in leadership roles.
