Featured Speaker: Rich Langdale Founder of NCT Ventures

Rich Langdale is a serial entrepreneur who started his first business in 1986, while attending the Ohio State University. He has founded a total of eight businesses and co-founded, bought, and invested in several others under the umbrella of NCT Ventures, where he remains its CEO and Chairman.

The companies have had offices all around the globe, raised hundreds of millions of dollars, hired 1,000 people in a three-month period, launched new products, led industries, and are fun places to work with vibrant ethical cultures.

Over the years NCT has developed a series of systems, procedures, and values which were helpful in starting the next business, and the next ….. This was later named the Ideas-to-Business Model (I2B).

NCT funded and helped develop the Center for Entrepreneurship (now ranked as a tier 1 Center by Entrepreneur Magazine) at The Ohio State University. NCT's experiences have become the basis for much of OSU's entrepreneurship curriculum.

NCT is currently working diligently to coordinate Central Ohio initiatives for entrepreneurship and the commercialization of the intellectual property being generated through Columbus’ research institutions, as well as creating further value from the NCT portfolio.
