Roundtable Discussions – Best Trends for Using Social Media for Business

Hosted by Sandy Blanquera and the Social Media Sig Team members (Tom Williams, Jason Velliquette, Christy Williams) at the Dublin Entrepreneurial Center.

Using social media in business can help your marketing campaigns, as long as you know what you are doing. Since each social platform is unique in its features and opportunities, we have created a chance to come together and share best practices and practical tips.

Our roundtable discussions will highlight technical questions and tips, strategy suggestions, methods for tracking, monitoring and more. Each table will be facilitated by either a committee member or a guest facilitator so that all can share. Joining us as guest facilitators for the day are social and web experts: Cheryl Harrison, Nate Riggs, Julia Kinslow & Andrew Spott with the following topics:

  • Making Facebook Work for Business – Christy Williams
  • Growing business through LinkedIn - Nate Riggs
  • Twitterlicious - Cheryl Harrison
  • Blogs - The Good, The Bad and the Ugly – Tom Williams
  • The Net worth of growing your network – Jason Velliquette
  • Stop talking @them. Engage! - Andrew Spott
  • Teetering between social and traditional marketing – Julia Kinslow

Attendance is limited to the first 70 registrants. We will close registration on March 2nd at 5pm. If the event is sold out, you may still register to be placed on a wait list.
