Open Position - Account Manager - ZNode



Job Description  
The Account Manager is responsible for achieving assigned sales quotas through the direct sale of Znode’s ecommerce products and services.  The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for customers in an assigned territory and is expected to provide excellent customer service and build relationships to encourage repeat business opportunities. 

Primary Responsibilities 

  1. Achieve sales quota in assigned territory.
  2. Acquire new Znode Certified Partners.
  3. Manage relationships with Znode Certified Partners and end-user customers to achieve territory sales targets.
  4. Identify and qualify all enterprise and strategic opportunities.  Engage and work with Znode management team to deliver a strong value proposition to enterprise and strategic prospects.
  5. Document sales process in SalesForce.com (system of record).
  6. Provide active feedback to the Znode management team to help refine the sales, marketing, and support processes.
