Announcing the Best Places to Work Finalists

Business First has revealed the finalists for its annual Best Places to Work list.

The 35 finalists came from a pool of more than 100 nominees for the third annual ranking, which is open to any company or organization with a Central Ohio office of at least 10 full-time employees. Businesses not based in the area must have a local office with employees and a human resources department.

This year marks the addition of the "micro" category for businesses with 10 to 24 employees. Large companies are designated at more than 500 local employees, while medium companies must have 100 to 499 local employees. Small companies have between 25 and 99 local workers.

The rankings, determined from interviews and data collected by Kansas-based Quantum Market Research, will be revealed during a Nov. 15 luncheon at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. This year's Best Places to Work finalists, in alphabetical order by category, are:
