Welcome to Semantic-Web Meetup group for Columbus, Ohio! My name is Eric Miller and (while in Columbus) I launched and ran the Semantic Web initiative at the World Wide Web Consortium W3C. This forum is designed to help accelerate the connection of local business professionals, end users, architects and developers who share an interest in applying Semantic Web technology and Web architecture to information integration challenges, especially to support collaboration and social computing. An additional objective is to explore the practical application of these technologies to help accelerate communication, knowledge sharing and more effective, recombinant business across central Ohio. Central Ohio is a microcosm of the US. If we can do this here, we can do this anywhere ;) This group is indeed what you make it!
