Open Position - Software Sales

A growing, Columbus based software company is seeking an addition to its sales team.  Ideally this person would have the following qualities/characteristics:

-          Experienced & comfortable in a direct sales role, experience in technology & software sales is a big plus

-          Flexible and adaptable – tolerant of an environment that is building out its structure & willing to make productive contributions

-          Entrepreneurial attitude toward role and compensation – with potential for fast growth potential significant upside with reaching company goals

-          Willingness to work in a group sales mode, with an eventual move to a commission structure

-          Self starter, Fast learner, willing to hit the ground running

-          Good with customer/client/partner engagement

-          Strong desire to build and be part of something great
