Job Title: Sales Representative

Summary: e-Cycle Incorporated, based in Dublin, Ohio, is an entrepreneurial company who is the industry leader in Cell Phone Recycling.

We currently have an immediate career opportunity for a entry level Sales Representative. This position is responsible for developing new small to medium size corporate accounts and maximizing e-Cycle’s services, while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Success will be evaluated by the effectiveness in hitting new account targets and satisfaction of our customers.

Ideal candidates will be motivated, assertive, and customer service focused. They will have demonstrated sales experience, excellent phone communication and problem solving skills. Candidates must also have demonstrated their ability to motivate and influence others, manage their time effectively, and work both independently and within teams. The ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity is required.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with approximately 10% travel

Position Requirements:

• Customer Service or cell phone experience with Verizon Wireless, Cingular/AT&T, Sprint/Nextel, or T-Mobile is preferred.
• A college degree is preferred.
• Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills.
• Must have basic computer skills including competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Sales Force.Com is preferred.
• Must be highly reliable and pay high attention to detail.
• The ability to resolve problems and insure quality with a minimum amount of supervision is essential.
• Understand basic terminologies for wireless products.

Compensation:

Compensation for this position is $25,000 base salary with quarterly bonuses.
