Technical Support Engineer

Znode is looking to hire a Technical Support Engineer for its Columbus, OH location. This person will be expected to provide world-class technical support for Znode ecommerce software products.

Znode Inc is an ecommerce software company located in Columbus, Ohio. Znode’s industry leading software products are used by leading brands world-wide.

Summary:

Provide functional and technical support for Znode’s ecommerce software products

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned as required.

· Provide client support and technical issue resolution for Znode’s ecommerce software products via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium

· Advise clients on Znode coding best practices

· Installation of Znode products

· Communicate to customers the steps necessary to maintain and update software products

· Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems

· Provide feedback and status reports
