XXX is looking for a CTO to be the technical architect for all of the XXX systems. XXX Health Management Solutions, unique approach helps to bring health care expenses under control by understanding and addressing - on an individual basis - the health risks faced by members or employees. They provide all the support and resources needed to help those who are at-risk prevent future problems or better manage chronic conditions - reducing risks, increasing good health, and eliminating unnecessary costs and strain on the health system.

XXX is not very good at technology. They buy a lot of their systems. . They have a lot of systems already in place but they need someone who is high level and strategic who can come in and design the IT systems for them. This can be a direct employee or a consultant. Reports to the president of XXX. This is not a systems developer but a big picture, organizational system architect. Compensation min. 125K Healthcare not required.
