Social Entrepreneurship Resources

Thanks to Tony Wells for the following info:

"One of the most valuable resources in the field of social entrepreneurship and innovation is Stanford's website Social Innovation Review http://www.ssireview.org/ and their social innovation conversations http://sic.conversationsnetwork.org/.

As I was listening to one of their pod cast I heard about a very creative idea called Imagine IT sponsored by the Kauffman Foundation. This is a must watch video of students in seven countries creating real value both socially and commercially. http://www.iloop.tv/imagineit/index.html

Over 40% of the ideas were to address social challenges around the world. I highly recommend videos 1.01, 1.07, and 1.14.
It clearly demonstrates the power of community involvement and engaging the next generation of leaders. "
Thanks again Tony - for this great information...
