Where are the HUGE windmill blades going??

Several of us  (@dave225 @wyliemac @osusquire @1datarecovery) saw the multiple windmill blades yesterday on 270 and 71. Does anyone know where they're headed?

    I have seen 10-20 of these going South on I-71. I am assuming they are going to farms in Texas.

    What I really want to know is who is building them and where?
